Transfer all cards from the tableau (bottom of the display) and the stock (center of the display) to the foundations (top of the display). Cards may be placed onto the foundations if they are one rank above and of the same suit as the top card. Likewise, cards can be relocated within the tableau if they are one rank below and of the same suit as the card they are placed on. It’s straightforward, and you’ll quickly grasp it as you engage.
